The flowing open-plan of the suite leads through to a dining area with table and four chairs and new bamboo linoleum flooring.
The open concept continues into the well stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, utensils and a basic selection of herbs, spices, oil, salt & pepper. There is also a large storage closet with ample space for coats, shoes etc.
In the bedroom is a queen bed with two nightstands, alarm clock/radio, arm chair and chest of drawers plus a huge walk-in closet.
Large walk-in closet has ample space for clothes as well as your suitcases !
The newly renovated bathroom offers a shower over the tub, and a vanity with plenty of storage.
All linens and towels are provided.
The private laundry with washer and dryer.
Welcome to the Renfrew Heights Suite ! Situated on the lower level of this home, the owners live on the upper floor and are on hand to answer any questions you may have about the suite, area or getting around the city.

WHERE: Located in the established Vancouver neighbourhood of Renfrew Heights, bus and skytrain routes are closeby allowing quick and easy access around the Metro Vancouver area. Using transit Downtown Vancouver is approximately 25 minutes while Metrotown (Downtown Burnaby) or BCIT are about 10 minutes.
The ski hills, parks and recreation of the North Shore can be easily reached by car.

The nearest bus stop is 2 blocks while the nearest skytrain stations (Rupert or Joyce) are around 15 minutes walk or about 5 minutes on the bus.
Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain Station is approximately 15 minutes walk
Rupert Skytrain Station is approximately 15 minutes walk or about 5 minutes by bus.
Real Canadian Superstore located approximately 5 minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk from the suite.

YEAR-AROUND: $575/week $1995/month
Minimum 3-week stay. Occasional shorter stays considered at $109/night.
TERMS:
50% deposit require at time of booking with remainder payable 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds on cancelled or altered reservations.
$250 security deposit required.
Maximum occupancy 2 persons.
Check-in is offered from 3pm onwards on day of arrival and check-out is required by 11am on the day of departure.

We so enjoyed staying here - very comfy! And even though our son moved from Burnaby to Commercial Drive; the location was fine. (One thing: as short people, we could not reach items in the cabinets. Step stool?) Thanks again.

What a brilliant little gem this beautiful place is! Perfect location to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but very easy and quick to get into town. This apartment is perfect! Well furnished and set-up for guests to be self-reliant and make your own meals, or easy to head out for dinner! Michelle and Steve have been so accommodating and very helpful with hints and tips.
